I’m Jessie — a Milwaukee based wedding planner with a love for logistics, design, and a reason to celebrate. Now in my sixth year in the wedding industry, what began as a creative dream has grown into a career that blends organization, artistry and genuine connection.
I believe the best weddings feel classy yet intentional — grounded in each couple’s story and designed to bring people together. My role is to create space for that story, ensuring every detail supports a day that feels natural and like your own.
What excites me most about wedding days are those quiet yet powerful moments, the first deep breath after “we did it,” or the joy of seeing my couples surrounded by the people who mean the most to them.

More than just your planner — I’m your partner in planning, advocate, and trusted guide, offering thoughtful support, honest advice, and attention to every detail along the way. Together, we’ll blend your Pinterest dreams, family traditions, and personal priorities into a well thought out wedding day that you can truly enjoy.
Behind the scenes, we handle every aspect of coordination and logistics to bring your vision to life with ease. On your wedding day, my team and I manage the flow and fine details so you can stay fully present — whether you’re admiring a stunning floral install, laughing with friends over specially a curated cocktails, or soaking it all in.
APPROACH
When I’m not refining timelines or dreaming up design details, I’m often finding inspiration in the everyday moments that bring people together — a a dinner outing with friends, the latest TV hit, game days, & summer afternoons spent on the lake.
Outside of weddings, you’ll find me at a local coffee shop, planning my next trip, or spending time with family and friends. I’m passionate about beautiful glassware (my wine glass collection is ever-growing), a morning coffee, glass of bubbly, and fresh flowers; all reminders that the smallest things in life should be celebrated.

I can’t do it all alone — every wedding day I rely on a fabulous team of onsite coordinators who bring the details to life and troubleshoot logistics alongside me. From ensuring we follow timelines to managing vendor needs (and yes, delivering coffee), they are an essential part of creating seamless and memorable celebrations. Many of our wedding management clients also work closely with the team during the planning process to refine details and help bring their vision to life.
